Rewards cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
No-shows or cancellations forfeit earned points from that appointment.
Redeemed services must be scheduled within 30 days unless otherwise noted.
Points expire after 12 months of inactivity.
Frizz Recovery protocol must follow the 2-session rule.
Clove Water is not currently included in the program (product line under review).
